Well, not too much to this one – just put all the ingredients except the passion fruit in a blender and whizz until smooth. When ready to serve just spoon some passion fruit seeds over the top. This can be kept in the fridge for at least a day, so make the night before to
have on hand the next morning. Another tip is to use fruit that is about to ‘turn’ – it works well and is a great way to avoid wasting expensive fruit.
