Yoga for movement disorders This article gives a series of modifications of simple Yoga movements suitable for people with mobility problems. Exercises covered include lateral stretches (for intercostals as well as the hip
and shoulder, cat and dog (flex and extend the vertebrae), seated twist and standing still at wall(helps with fatigue).
