No-sulphite recipes for asthmatics: Minted peas, cucumber & spring onion salad
The recipes include:
couscous with roast vegetables and tomato sauce;
minted peas, cucumber and spring onion;
almond-stuffed plums;
low-sulphite (sulfite) bread.

Sulphites are known to trigger attacks in asthmatics, and the aim of these recipes is to eliminate dietary sulphites.
