The article, written by Janita Stenhouse who also writes the regular Yoga & Health feature In the Yogin/i’s garden, continues to describe the function of pineal gland in more detail and then to give a series of linked exercises. A further article on this subject appears in the June issue. Both articles are reproduced courtesy of the book MORNING YOGA, EVENING YOGA by Janita Stenhouse, published by Polair Publishing. Special reader offer of a free book to each of the first ten callers on 020 8693 0234.

Accompanying the article is an interview with the author.
