Yoga Rocks is honoured to host many world class yoga teachers. There are many different flavours from the world of yoga on offer. Learning from a quality teacher is a uniquely motivating experience. Teaching Ashtanga are Danny Paradise, Maria Boox, Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti. Nichi Green and David Lurey are teaching Vinyasa flow, while Sky is from a traditional hatha yoga background.

Helen and Phil, your attentive hosts are both English, though Phil’s father was from Crete. Helen recently launched Yoga Rocks Box - the retreat’s You Tube Channel featuring interviews with their teachers as well as other fun from the retreat. Their lively helpers contribute to what has been described as ‘The Rock Solid Service Team.’
